Wale must be spreading some Christmas love because he put out 3 tracks this weekend for everyone to download. Two of them are remixes of Stronger and Thank You by Kanye and Jay Z respectively and the other one is called The Meeting which is a song that he made when he was challenged by his record label to make a track about why he should be on the label. The Meeting is really cool, I suggest you download that one for sure.

Today is big day for Wale. Probably the biggest day in his musical career. Today Wale releases his debut album to the world and most importantly today is the day that he asks you to buy his music. A truly odd thing to occur in today music industry, someone actually asking the consumer to pay for their work after many years of just giving it away for free. This has been a long journey for the man from the DMV and we here at InternetPopular want to tell you about it so that you understand just how big of a day this actually is for Wale. That sucks because it is a good song that features InternetPopulars favorite guitar playing hero, John Mayer. We are kind of going crazy over Wale right now, actually we’ve been going crazy over Wale for a while now but it’s really starting to pick up. His album is coming out (finally!) and he is also on the biggest Hip Hop tour right now, the Blueprint 3 tour. Well, because we are going crazy over him we figured we should spread some love over to you, the above is a Wale Rihanna track called “Can I Endure” off his upcoming Attention Deficit album that is being released on a mix tape by DJ Capcom and DJ Haze. What that means is that every once in a while you will here the DJ say his name and on the actual album that won’t happen. We also have another track that Wale released via his twitter that features Pharrell and that track you can download below. One Wale track to listen to and one to download. This guy has a shit load of talent and he is just giving it away, but you know what? I’m still buying his album the day it drops because his shit don’t stink. Listen!

The house band for last nights MTV VMA’s were Wale and UBC. The band had to practice a bunch of songs for the show and they recorded it for our enjoyment because you didn’t get to see them as much as we wanted. I’ll put Make Her Say/Day and Night up top here and then after the jump you can look at all the videos that include thier interpertations of Viva La Vida, Don’t Trust A Ho, Nike Boots, Chillin, and Pretty Girls.
