Some of us knew who Lady Gaga was in 2008 but it wasn’t until 2009 that she really reached superstar status. With a handful of platinum selling singles and a style that could not be rivaled by any other celebrity, Lady Gaga pretty much cemented her position as one of the world’s most interesting people.
I know plenty of people are going to tell us that Lady Gaga shouldn’t be on this list because she has a big nose or that she has a very well-hidden cock and to those people we give a huge “fuck you.” She’s hot, slutty, and while we wouldn’t bring her home for Christmas dinner, we would go down on her 7 days a week. Well, except if she actually did have a cock, I might have to draw the line there.
Lady Gaga is re-releasing her debut album The Fame as The Fame Monster with 8 new songs included on top of the original track listing, including this new single Bad Romance that was leaked over the weekend. With 8 new songs on top of the other album you ahve to wonder why she just didn’t package those 8 on to a new album and called it a EP or something. Our guess is that the songs aren’t that good and are going to need die hard Gaga fans to support them. Check out the above Bad Romance song, it’s nothing great and definitly feels like a B-Side that they are trying to push. I guess we will see what kind of pull Gaga has over the next couple weeks.

The house band for last nights MTV VMA’s were Wale and UBC. The band had to practice a bunch of songs for the show and they recorded it for our enjoyment because you didn’t get to see them as much as we wanted. I’ll put Make Her Say/Day and Night up top here and then after the jump you can look at all the videos that include thier interpertations of Viva La Vida, Don’t Trust A Ho, Nike Boots, Chillin, and Pretty Girls. Really cool stuff.

Lady Gaga is one strange girl, but I think that is what we like about her. Her performance on the VMA’s last night was interesting and very operatic. The part with the blood at the end was straight up weird though which might have been the theme for the nights festivities. This Video Music Awards was probably one of the most remember able shows in a long time, I wonder what they are going to do next year?

Wale’s first video from his upcoming debut album Attention Deficit, Chillin Ft Lady Gaga got released yesterday. This song is killer dope and the video is cool. Lady Gaga is actually in it and looks like a PYT as always. The song is a club banger so crank it if you can and tip your hat low.
The next new Wale video is off his new MixTape Back To The Feature which should be dropping before the 13th. Family Affair is a little deeper then the above club banger and goes to show how much creativity and talent Wale has. This guy is needs to be huge because Wale is what Hip Hop needs right now.
Here is something cool for you guys, this Daily Track is from BBC Radio 1 Live Lunge and it is Lady Gaga doing a piano cover of Coldplay’s Viva La Vida. It is really cool when people do good covers of already great songs. It shows off the different sides of the song and the artist, you also get to see what a artists musical tastes are like. The Live Lunge by BBC is the best place for this and if you enjoy this track then I suggest you head over to Youtube and look up some of the other covers that people do. Is Lady Gaga crazy? That’s what we asked ourselves when these pictures came through the wire. The other night at the London hot spot Bungalow 8, Gaga was spotted wearing this see through one piece and black electrical nipple tape covers. Who wears this kind of stuff? And we are not trying to judge her by any means but we honestly have to wonder who wears this kind of stuff? We did a poll at the office on what we have seen in nightclubs before and while we came up with some pretty crazy clothing choices we all agreed that we have never seen a one piece suit of this fashion. Are regular girls going to get into bars looking like this? Lady Gaga gets away with it a bit more because of her fame but the question is why does she wear what she wears. Most pop stars try to avoid the fame but Lady Gaga seems to be pushing for more and more attention with every outrageous outfit that she puts on or every time she goes down on a chick in a bar. It is one of those situations when people start knowing a artist for the crazy things that they do and not their talent. Lady Gaga might very well turn into a joke after all this critical success that she has achieved through her music. And that kind of makes you wonder if she is crazy for doing this.
