Oh Eliza Dushku. Since the early 00s, Eliza has kind of served as the knock-a-round girl of Hollywood. She was awesome in Bring It On and then after that seemed to only be offered shit roles (Tru Calling LOL) or ones she took just to pay the bills (Nickelback video LOL). It wasn’t until early this year that Eliza really came back on the scene with Joss Whedon’s Dollhouse where she played the role of lady that killed people, had sex with them, and got her memories wiped. A great role for the sexy brunette but sadly a short one as early in November it was announced that Dollhouse had been cancelled (Joss Whedon LOL) and Eliza was once again out of work. Yes I shed a tear.
Even though I’m sure we’ll be seeing a lot more of Eliza Dushku in the future, you can’t deny that 2009 was a great year for her. Sure her show got cancelled but at least she reminded the world that she was still alive and insanely hot. Let’s face it. That’s all that really matters.
PS: She also has one of the sexiest voices ever.

Last year she kissed a girl, this year she did just about everything else. Katy Perry started off 2009 at the top of her game and now we’re at the end of year and she’s still killing it. From wearing clothes that no woman should wear (and looking sexy while doing it) to being one of the best celebrities to follow on Twitter, Katy Perry took the world by storm and came out pretty much unscathed.
On a personal level if you were to mention Katy Perry to me in 2009 I would think of 1 thing – boobs. Huge luscious boobs as far as the eye can see. Katy by far had one of the most shown-off chests this past year and what we loved the most was how she played it up. She’s a woman that recognizes that she has some of the most amazing sweater puppies to set foot on the planet Earth and she’s not afraid to show them off in many strange and sexy outfits. We love them (her boobs) and if we knew her better I’m sure every single one of us would want to put a ring on it (her hand).

Hey remember Skechers? Yeah I guess they still exist and people buy them. I don’t think I’ve ever actually owned a pair but I remember people used to wear them years ago and I thought they were only for rich people. I was wrong because now that I’m older I realize that they aren’t expensive at all and I more than likely thought that because I was one poor ass motherfucker. We were so poor I used to eat rats. Thankfully things have changed with all of this fat Internet money and now I can buy at least 3 pairs of Skechers every time I get paid. Yeah I’m a baller.

G-Damn Lilo, you still have great tits. It’s so strange how Lindsay Lohan can lose a hundred pounds, do a ton of coke, and drink her weight in vodka and her boobs somehow stay as pristine as they were back in 2004. Taylor was everywhere this past year and even if you don’t like her music you can’t deny that she’s one of the hottest women to adorn your television/radio/Internet. From her infamous encounter with Kanye West at the MTV VMAs, her inclusion as the face of Activision’s Band Hero, and her now public relationship with that indian kid from Twilight (I think his name is Lou Diamond Phillips Junior or something), Taylor set 2009 on fire.
If there is one thing Taylor Swift has, it would have to be staying power. She has the backing of every single country music fan out there, as well as the moral support from every female under 18 (and of course males aged 14-80). She’s hot,sexy, and talented and that’s why she’s coming in at #9 on our Top 20 Hottest Women of 2009.

Playing Claire on NBC’s once amazing now retarded Heroes TV show has given Hayden Pannetierre a real chance for us to see her grow into a woman. A couple years ago we wouldn’t have even considered putting Hayden on this list (mostly because we don’t like jail or being creepy) but after years of watching she is now hitting her prime. That’s why we have her at number 12 of our list of the Top 20 Hottest Women of 2009.
She’s a young woman who has a killer body from all the work she does on the weekly serial. Add on to that her natural beauty and you can see why she made our list this year. Chances are, she will probably make the list for the next couple years too – unless she gains 50 pounds and and an extra arm.

Everyone loves a party girl and if there was one girl that loved to party in 2009 it would have to be AnnaLynne McCord. AnnaLynne pretty much attended every single party in Hollywood this past year and each time looked more and more do-able. Though the character she plays on 90210 should be hated, AnnaLynne has almost proved that you can play a bitch on TV and still be totally likable. Sure, being gorgeous and having a perfect body probably helped with that – or I just have a thing for girls that have a chip on their shoulder.
