This weekend Brittany Murphy died of natural causes in Los Angeles. She was 32, which is far too young for anyone to die. We never met Brittany Murphy but we always enjoyed her performance in the movies that she did. The new clueless girl in Clueless and the go get it girlfriend of Eminem in 8 Mile both come to mind when we think of Brittany Murphy. She showed some range in her acting talents but also had her own unique style to her that made you recognize who she was instantly. She brought a piece of herself to the screen every time and I think that is why she had so many fans and people that appreciated her work. Outside of acting and in the new media spotlight that is the internet and those gossip columns, she always came across as cute and as a positive person. I don’t think there has ever been a photo posted on the internet of Brittany Murphy that wasn’t of her smiling.
It was a sad loss this weekend, but we hope that you enjoy these photos of Brittany Murphy and remember her smile.

Our Friday Night Spin for this last weekend in October is Eminem with Drug Ballad. It is one of those songs that really shows that Eminem can kill the track when he wants to and he can do it to kick off the party. These are photos of Mariah Carey from her upcoming music video Obsessed, she is dressed like a man. Why? No fucking clue, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t look at these photos of her being wierd. Our best guess is she dressed like this to get back at Eminem and door men, both of whom have disrepected the singer over thier career. Anyways, look how creepy she is.

Well the cat is out of the bag, both the head writer at MTV and Eminem have gone on record saying that the stunt at the Movie Awards was planned. Like The Hills everything about the Movie Awards was set up and staged. Em told RapRadar.com that “Sacha called me when we were in Europe and he had an idea to do something outrageous at the Movie Awards. I’m a big fan of his work so I agreed to get involved with the gag.” So the record is set straight now and we all look like idiots for believing everything that we see on TV. Don’t feel bad if you thought it was real, we here at InternetPopular thought it was legit too. Oh well, maybe next year something will actually happen on MTV that people will want to talk about.

Eminem Has Big Sales Week For Relapse.
Eminem grabbed top spot this week in sales and sold 609,000 copies in the week and easily grabbed that number one spot. It was good to see that many albums moved in a week and it helps the music industry when this happens. Relapse is a dark but interesting album that isn’t for everybody but I’m sure is being enjoyed by a few people right now.

Eminem Will Be On DJ Hero
It is being reported that Eminem will have a song or two on the upcoming video game DJ Hero. Eminem and Jay Z were both announced to be participating with DJ Hero to bring special branded versions of the game to your home. These branded versions will be either Eminem or Jay Z specialized and are also suppose to come with a CD of mixes. Cool stuff for a video game. DJ Hero is due out in the fall.

The new issue of XXL has Eminem on the cover and a comic book of the rapper and Marvel Comic character Punisher on the inside. You read that right, there is a comic book inside the new issue of XXL and it features both the Punisher and Eminem. It’s a bizarre combination of pop culture but it is really happening. Eminem is a big Marvel Comics fan and when Marvel found out they got together and put a comic book together that is printed inside the hip hop magazine. Pages of the story are in XXL and then after that you have to go online to Marvel.com and you can read the second half of the story. I’ll give these guys credit, it is a interesting way of building a audience and getting more fans into the different genres. Here is a quick look at the book.
